Pick Up will be held on Thursday February 25th, 2021 from 1:00pm - 6:00pm CST. All pick ups will be scheduled and masks reuqired until further notice. Please look for a scheduling link in the email winning bidders receive after the close of the auction. BEGINING OCTOBER 1ST 2019 WE WILL NO LONGER SHIP TO KANSAS, U.S.A. Please also note that we do not ship any alcohol, sealed or unsealed and any purchase of said merchandise must be picked up in person with proper identification. If Your Items Fit Into A USPS Flat-Rate Box, Your Order Will Be Shipped Direct From Our Office. There Will Be No Additional Packaging Fees, Just The Cost Of USPS Postage & Insurance. Transportation fees will not be charged if you are having your order shipped and have contacted us prior to the end of bidding to make shipment arrangements. If You Do Not Pick-up Your Items Or If You Fail To Make Arrangements For Pick-up Or Shipping, Your Items Will Be Disposed Of or Resold At Our Discretion. You Forfeit Your Rights To These Items, Even Though You Have Already Been Charged. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE! The Buyer shall be responsible to Superior Auction & Appraisal LLC for any expenses of resale and collection and damages resulting from the resale. Please note that the merchandise must be pickup up during specified pickup times. There is no storage available. Buyers should bring their own moving personnel and equipment, if needed. If you would like to have your items shipped, you must notify the auction company within 24 hours of close of auction. If Your Order Is Too Large To Ship USPS Flate-Rate, your items will be transported to a local 'Pack & Ship' Center (906-863-4095). You will be contacted by the Pack & Ship facility and the shipping transaction and payment will be a separate transaction between you and them. Buyers are responsible for all packing, shipping and insurance costs. Methods of shipment are solely at the discretion of Superior Auction & Appraisal LLC and we will make every effort to find the best shipping rates available. Shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
